If you continually suffer from excessive sweating, drinking white sage tea may help treat this condition.
Sinusitis occurs when your sinuses become inflamed due to a bacterial, viral or fungal infection. If you suffer from frequent sinus infections, consuming white sage tea may cure or prevent such infections from recurring. White sage contains eucalyptol, or cineole, which kills bacteria and has a soothing effect that helps clear a sinus infection.

White sage contains a toxic compound known as thujone. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, this compound increases your heart rate and causes mental confusion. It also leads to vomiting, restlessness and kidney complications. Hence, you should exercise caution when using white sage.
