Pomegranate is a fruit originating in countries like Greece, Cyprus and Syria that has several properties that makes it beneficial for the proper functioning of our body. It has the hard shell and the seeds very reddish and well divided leaving them with the appearance of tiny capsules and it is exactly in them that they are most of its properties, vitamins, fibers and mineral salts.

Pomegranate peel tea is an excellent home remedy for relieving persistent sore throats, as this fruit has anti-inflammatory properties that suppress the throat and reduce symptoms such as pain, the onset of pus and difficulty eating or talking.
This tea should be drunk at least 3 times a day for the sore throat to decrease. However, if after 3 days the pain does not show improvement it is advisable to consult a general practitioner, as it may be necessary to start treatment with antibiotics.
